We produce different product types for sausages and fish delicatessens:

• casings with nets – nets directly glued to the casings. We can glue the nets to any type of the casings: fibrous, polyamide, collagen;
• casing with cord  – The casings of any kind are glued not with nets, but with thick thread – cord, that simulates hand-knitted product;
• Sewed fibrous sausage bags – We make various shapes from casings of different kinds for filling them with meat product. These shapes can be round, rectangular, wave-shaped and so on.
• only nets  – This is the most popular use of nets in the Russian Federation, when a producer of meat products buys a net from us and pulls it on a sausages at his production. This method provides maximum savings, but requires experience and skills in the appropriate configuration of production equipment. “ROSNET” specialists provide highly qualified support to the production in this matter.

For these products we use different types of nets:

• Elastic nets – they are intended for casings that have a significant degree of shrinkage after heat treatment of the product
• Non elastic nets – designed for standard sausages that do not require further heat treatment,
• Half elastic nets – are used when it is necessary to provide additional compression of the finished product and convex relief pattern on its surface.
