Casing with shnur

From the earliest times, sausage makers used various thin ropes made of natural fiber to pack sausages. They tied the tails on the edges of the sausage, formed various shapes from the sausage loaf - curved, semicircular, round, and also formed the bridges in the divisions of the loaf. Of course, before large-scale industrial production started, all this was done manually by the manufacturer.

With the transition to mass production, manufacturers replaced manual tying with clips and nets, but the memory of a tasty and natural farm product remained. So modern industrial solutions appeared that reproduce the effect of manual tying of the product:

Option 1: Using nets that imitate manual tying.  They are presented in our Casing with nets section, where you can choose from several options.

Option 2: Gluing the net to the casing such a way that the consumer thinks that it was done naturally by hand, not automatically.

There are several design options for this packaging method, which have slightly difference from each other. They are presented in the photographs in this section.

We will be happy to select options for you that will fully meet your needs and the conditions of your production!
