Fish rolls can contain different types of fishes. Often a combination of white and red fish creates an unusually appetizing appearance on the cut.
The netting is pressing the fish roll and it allows you to make the product monolithic and at the same time more juicy and tender - due to the better preservation of moisture during smoking. The finished product is dense but not dry, suitable for sandwiches as well as for slicing. The netting easily gives the rolls the cylindrical shape.
The price of the netting is negligible in the total cost of production. Depending on the product diameter, 1,000 meters of netting will produce 1.3 to 2.2 tons of finished fish delicacies products.
